I am struggling with menopause as well as a tumour on my parathyroid gland. It’s been a tough few months, mentally, emotionally and physically.

The care from the practice has been great. The wait time for CBT is way too long, but that’s not GP or Nurses fault.

Lisa v good as instructor, kind and helpful, good at explaining positions and poses. However would be good to have a series of classes to get a better grasp of the movements

As stated earlier a series of classes to be able to get a better grasp of the exercises. A bigger venue as the room was too small to be able to do the movements and ending with almost hitting a neighbouring attendee Especially the increased no of classes

The physio was brilliant we could not work out what was going with my shoulder but she kept trying and trying, clearly very knowledgeable. now been referred for further help. Very nice and supportive and understanding.

Be able to help more with housing etc as it has a massive effect on day to day living ei to be able to refer to the council
