Carly Morgan was absolutley fantastic. She took me under her wing and helped me to cope and deal with life changes I was struggling with. I felt she really could relate to me and having experienced similar things in her own life it gave me confidence to open up to her so she really get into the nitty gritty and proactively and proffessionally help me deal with my conditions and get back under control. Her advice, guidance and reassurance has been an absolute godsend and I am so so grateful for her. I feel Ive lost a friend now our care plan has come to an end. Its bittersweet and I wont forget what she has done for me. You got a miracle worker there. Someone promote her if they havent already. The woman is an asset to the NHS and she can't do any better than she already is! Carly you saved me. Thank you girl!

Review of Holly Wheelchair Service
13th November 2022

i am Bernard Taffs and I am sending this on behalf of my wife Maureen Brenda Taffs. We have been married 59 years. My wife was diagnosed with relapsing/remitting Multiple Sclerosis in 1980 after a week as an in patient at the London Hospital for Neurological Diseases under Dr Roger Bannister (knighted years back for his work in the field of Neurological Disease - he died three years back and has a plaque in Westminster Abbey near Sir Isaac Newton. He was also the first man in the world to run a mile in under 4 minutes in 1954 at Iffley Road Oxford) Relapsing/remitting MS back in 1980 she could walk. She has had numerous 'attacks since then each result in remission less 2% of body function prior to each attach. She now cannot walk or transfer , has a permanent indwelling catheter and I am her sole carer. We have had impeccable support from the NHS. Particularly from Holly Wheechairs. Justine was magnificent and we were given a great wheelchair to replace our old chair which we have had for 35 years. Maureen and I would like to thank Justine and her team for their peerless support and help in achieving this outcome. Thanks a million. Not an easy job but very professionally done. Best wishes Maureen & Bernie

There was a three month delay in getting the chair but it there were good reasons for that in that the cushion for the seat came from the Netherlands - covid is still slowing the whole shooting works down. We have absolutely no complaints

Review of Palliative Care

My 93 year old aunt has just been diagnosed with bowel cancer and is under the care of Andy Harris. He has been totally supportive and given us confidence to care for her at home. He has changed her medication so she is no longer in pain or feeling ill from side effects of opiates. If I have a problem I know he's on the end of the phone.

Years of drug and alcohol abuse lead to mental health issues .

To many providers results in disarray when an umbrella approach might be easier regarding sharing of data and a common goal.
