I found the staff helpful, friendly and very efficient.This includes reception as well as medical staff and a helpful security worker who unasked asked where we were going and gave us directions.
Suggested improvements
We were late for the appointment and had phoned about 10 minutes before we were due to be seen but there was not answer phone facility in use.
