Becca was one of the loveliest people I have ever spoken to. She reminded me I wasn’t a burden, and told me of all the support I have around with me. She made sure I was being looked after, and had all the support I needed around me. She made me feel so safe and worthy, she helped me so much.

Only thing I would suggest is giving a date and time when they would call you.

Tracy and Kelly were both professional in their approach when teaching various exercise methods. Explaining about the heart, risks, diet etc. One of the most important thing that they both shared with the group was their sense of humour. This I found put the clients at ease, allowing us to be more relaxed rather than being regimental. The seven weeks went by fast and was for me enjoyable. I know, as once been in the health care profession that appreciation means a lot. And at times this is not always appreciated. I can tell you that Tracy and Kelly were both appreciated. Please tell them how much I appreciated them for their help. (I was not payed for saying this-not yet anyway!)

I cannot think of how anything could be improved, apart from having the heating on and take Kelly's whip away from her!!
