Marcin was very helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk to me regarding my problems. Marcin provided me with lots of information and support links, to help me going forward. I am very grateful for the support I received.

Tim treated me with great empathy, care and respect. He listened carefully to what I had to say and reflected it back to me which showed me he understood exactly what I was saying. He was approachable, non-judgemental, and put me at ease when I felt anxious and emotional during our first appointment. I felt involved in the process of making decisions about my care, medications and further referrals. The suggestion and information provided to me about autism was enlightening and very helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful as I have been suffering my whole life and I finally feel like I am closer to getting the answers and the support that I need. Tim also supported me to complete my ADHD assessment forms that I have been putting off for months and that was incredibly helpful.

I genuinely don’t think I could have received better care. Thank you so much!
