The appointment was on time and the member of staff was professional, friendly and informative. My options were explained in detail and allowed me to make an informed and independent decision.
The 'Overall Experience' box only allows up to 'Very Good'. In this case I would have liked to have inserted 'Excellent'.

I found Sharon to be a very kind, polite, understanding mental health practitioner. I felt listened to and understood . The diagnosis given of OCD through anxiety was spot on. Joining the dots for me between internal psychological processes and external behaviour patterns.
I believe that service should remain for the benefit of all local patients.
