Quick response and attendance, on this occasion assistance was needed to get up from a fall with no injuries. The reassurance and relief of not having to wait for an ambulance and the respectful, kind, reassuring and efficient way with which the person who fell was treated by the Nurse and Occupational Therapist.

I sadly have not been emotionally well for at least 3 and a half years. Most days have been a struggle and I hate feeling so bad and having thoughts of not wanting to be alive as it should be something you are very grateful of. I have been supported very well since the loss of my mother in September and whilst I still have moments things are beginning to improve.

For myself I don’t feel the need that anything could have been better

this is a fantastic service that you give.

after having many sessions via video link i had my last session face to face. It made a big difference and i hope that other people chose this as it is really more benificial. A big thank you to Gill and everyone involved, you definately make a difference.
