I am parent of young person first episode Psychosis. It took a while for my son to engage and trust the service .The stigma of Psychosis, being of mixed hetitage, a story of poor support elsewhere made trust hard to build.Amy stuck with him, worked with the family and jept in close touch with his consent to secure his trust, met him and engaged in ways that worked for him.She was caring, diligent and gave him a sense that recovery and a good life is possible. He tells me she is genuine and real and kind. There is a long way to go to bring access and person centred mental health services up to this standard.I shall remain ever grateful to Amy. You are a super star.

Suggested improvements
There were issues between services early on around where students reside, this was agony abd although not yhe fault of your team the NHs should stop arguing over geographical boundaries in mobike societies.
