The psychology support I received has been outstanding from start to finish. Elin was always very patient, listened and understanding. I felt very comfortable to talk through any situation with her and she explained many coping strategies in easy terms which enabled me to want to try new things. I was able to use self-reflection and ask questions to help with my understanding of why I was feeling in certain ways. The support I received has given me a new lease of life. Thank you
