The services provided are done with kindness and care, it is clear that the staff makes an effort for patients. I see the attempts at progressing with my mental health treatment but cannot deny that, with my personal treatment, I've not made much progress. I am worsening with time as there are long gaps inbetween the services provided, has allowed regression to take over. I am understanding of the fact that the mental health support in the nhs is underfunded and that this is one of the larger contributing factors. Yet this doesn't change the fact that my only options I've been given over the years I've sought mental health treatment have been: therapy and meditation. Both of which I've communicated the lack of aid that these have provided me, only to be presented with them again when I come back.

Suggested improvements
Expand a wider range of options for mental health support so we aren't reliant on waiting months for a therapist who might not even be of help or being given antidepressants that bring an onslaught of side effects, with minimal aid.
