I have suffered from Depression and anxiety and insomnia for over 15 years l have problems with going out.And due to also having arthritis makes walking and exercise very hard.

I was treated very kind by Sharon Jones who listened to me and contacted my Doctor to arrange different medication for my insomnia which has been a great help.
