I have EUPD and relapse sometimes. I have been dealing with this since 13 and this time has probably been the most i have ever been interacted with and felt like i had the information about who i need to speak to etc in the future

Maybe more face to face rather then over the phone as i do struggle sometimes over thee phone to talk. Feel like its less personal over the phone
