From My first face to face meeting to having 3 referrals was around 2 weeks. So much quicker than I expected. It feels great knowing that help can be this quick. Marcin was really understanding, patient and seemed to genuinely care about not just sending a referral to someone else but actually making sure I was going to speak to the right people.

The GP were not aware of the situation with the mental health nurse and appointments. I was told many times before my first appointment the mental health nurse was not working, then was told they were on holiday before being told they didn't actually have a nurse as one had left and a new one was starting. Once I spoke with Marcin however, I was really happy. This is more a GP issue than with this service.
