I have suffered with my mental health since 2000

I just wanted to add that your home treatment team of nurses that have been coming into me have been wonderful, they have given me so much help & support during a really tough time that I have been going through. I also want to give a special mention to a nurse called Cheryl that I’ve seen the most over the past weeks. She is so kind & caring & really easy to talk to, she has helped me so much to get my head into a better place & I can’t ever thank her enough.Everyone needs a nurse Cheryl in their team. She is a credit to your team. Please look after her, Kind regards Kim
