In a discussion with my doctor ( Dr. Guyler) about my mental health, I mentioned a number of issues that are factors contributing to my mental health issues. She advised that someone would be in touch to help with these issues. I received a call within a couple of days from Sharon Jones (EPUT SEE Southend PCN). Sharon was very understanding and recommended a number of groups she could refer me to who could provide support. These included, Carers UK (carers assessment), Enable East (employment support), and Trust Links (mental health support). Carers UK(Hayley) and Enable East (Megan) have both been in touch and also been very helpful and supportive. Sharon contacted me to advise Trust Links has a backlog due to the pandemic, but they would be in touch. She also gave me suggested a grounding technique to help me manage my anxiety and panic attacks. I found her, and all the people named here, as amazingly supportive and proactive. To be honest, I am surprised and delighted that this quality of support is available - thankyou to Sharon and all!

Suggested improvements
I don't think anyone mentioned above could have improved on the support they have given me. Additionally, I contacted Dr. Guyler about my husband who is very disabled following a stroke and she has contacted him and referred to another professional who is supporting him at this time. To reiterate, we are both very impressed with the standard of the support we have been offered.
