Long term hand injury awaiting surgery. Also causing mental health issues. I have to take 900mg of Gabapentin per day. I am not sure if this medication or Long covid causing extreme tiredness and lack of clarity of thinking

Support had been very good. I think naively that I would receive some kind of physical treatment for long covid but I understand better now.
