Very positive experience with the service, therapist was knowledgeable and skilled. I have made good progress within the service and improved greatly since referral. The therapist was flexible with my shift pattern.

Initially booking the first appointment was hard as I work shifts and the person who books the appointment had no understanding of how shift work and night patterns work. The initial date offered I explained I was on night duty and told her my shifts. I was told she will call back again with another date which she did that was the next day to the initial date offered where I was still on nights. I was then told ‘well we will have to discharge you as we don’t usually offer more than 2 appointments’ I found this quite distressing as my issue that I was seeking help for was work related and felt it could have been handled more sensitively. I then explained that I was keen for this appointment and we come to an agreement.
