I am not sure I can offer any suggestions for improvement. I have been very very pleased with the help and care I have been given by the team. Sian has been so lovely to deal with and has given me support and encouragement to do my exercises. The exercises have had a positive effect for which I am grateful. At all times I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. It has been a pleasure to go through the falls prevention process with Sian - a process I had not been looking forward to if I am honest! Thank you.
