From the first warm welcome from Karen on my arrival I have had nothing but kindness, sympathy and encouragement from all the staff. Great to be offered showers, hair washes and even hair dos (thank you Bridget). The family atmosphere for meals and socializing and the garden added immensely to our well being and recovery. The physio was wonderfully attentive to our needs. Everyone of the staff is happy, making a great atmosphere. Wifi would be an added benefit.
