They made sure that we understood everything they explained everything to us in lots of detail. I don't think anything could be improved.
Friendly and supportive staff.
Breast feeding advice.
Routine advice to get her settled.
Very explanatory clearly stated everything.
Kept us well informed and advised on all questions asked.
Nothing could have been improved.
How I was informed of what was to be expected during the after care of having my baby.
I feel extremely satisfied with the care I received after having my first child. Jill Taylor was very caring and when I was really struggling with breast feeding after returning from the hospital she really took the time to talk to me and help in every way possible. It was then the following day she called and left a message and was genuinely concerned and hoped that I had a better day as I got quite upset. This made me feel at ease and that I knew the support network was there when I needed it.
