Very friendly.
Very good care.
Happy with care.
All very good and caring midwife.
The care we received before, during and after our homebirth was excellent - we really couldn't fault it. All of the staff we met were open and friendly. They explained each step thoroughly so that we were able to make informed decision and we felt very supported throughout. The equipment was delivered promptly and we had everything we needed. All of the administration was handled by the midwives so we didn't need to worry about it. The handover between team members was good and everyone seemed to know who we were and what was
I feel I have been well cared for throughout the whole duration of my pregnancy. I have always felt the midwives have looked after me, carried out all the tests / examinations I needed. listened to my concerns and generally put my / baby's health first. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful too!! The only downside is I feel I saw many different midwives over the period.
Midwife's are polite and give me all information I need and answer any questions or concerns that I may have.
Good - the midwives are fantastic and very supportive.
Improved - were very short staffed at the beginning of my pregnancy.
