Very friendly members of staff. It wold help if midwife coming out to the house could call an hour in advance to inform of her approximate time of visit...?

It was good to receive daily phone calls and if necessary daily visits if required. Good support regarding breastfeeding and good advice re positions to feed. To be given a time for the visit would be useful even if it was just an indication of am or pm.
