Really friendly and caring staff.
Caroline the community midwife was excellent on our first visit. She explained things really well as I am deaf she slowed things down so I could fully understand.
I was cared for very professionally and with dignity throughout.
I like that the care is non-intrusive, the regular calls are reassuring that there is help there if needed.
Lovely staff as always genuinely concerned about mum's welfare.
Staff friendly.
Daily calls to check in.
Communication re: Jaundice blood tests wasn't great - however, this was more ward 10 at Durham rather than Shotley midwives.
Availability of support and friendliness of the whole team.
Always felt like I had someone required if needed.
Friendly midwives.
Flexible appointments.
