Emma was always kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Throughout the whole process going out of her way to make suitable app's.
She always took time to answer any questions which I had. I don't believe she needs to improve anything as she's already fantastic at her job.

The midwife team have been a blessing to me regarding to my care and make and have made me feel safe and secure throughout my pregnancy.
However what can be improved is in the pregnancy assessment staff as sometimes they make you feel unease, such as going in for a specialist scan me and my partner felt uneasy as the woman didn't answer any questions that we asked, but if my mum asked the question the 'woman' specialist scanner) would reply.

They are really supportive of you never let you down make you feel like you can do anything no matter what situation you are in.
