Regular appointments with same midwife.
Good response from midwives to questions.
Access to parenting classes at weekend good - so husband could come too and feel involved.
I wish I had more support from health care visitor.
Cancellation of appointments, failure to contact me/respond to calls regarding breastfeeding etc.
I was told everything I needed to know and really good advice every time by Debra Goddard.
She helped me loads.
Fantastic staff very helpful and always available if needed.
Very supportive and understanding.
Every nurse who treated my wife was extremely caring, we have been very satisfied with every nurse, one word sums them up and that is fabulous. I can't think of anything that could improve what you all do.
If I could just single one nurse out and that is Tracy she did things for my wife to clear her constipation she just said as all of them would say I'm just doing my job. She is lovely.
Thank you all.
My care was appropriate to my needs.
I found that they were cheerful and friendly, willing to listen and very informative, listening to someone when they are house bound is like a tonic for that person.
Thank you to all the district nurses for their many kindness and care.
Nurses never make me feel embarrassed when they deal with my catheter they call out whenever I need them and are always cheerful and friendly. Nothing I ask of them is a bother even if they have to come out 3 times in one day or during the night.
All questions I've needed answer answers to have been in full. My midiwfe was very helpful throughout my pregnancy.
