I have received the most outstanding care throughout this pregnancy and after.
Claire, Debbie and the team at Neasham Road are amazing.
I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Midwifes asked few times about how I was feeling, said it was very important.
My midwife Debbie (Neasham Road) is absolutely fantastic!
She has been a great support to me, my partner and our 5 year old.
I feel she goes above and beyond her role to make sure we feel happy, safe and reassured.
She really has been a shoulder when I was told I had group B strep. But equally shared our happy moments.I feel she is so genuine and is a great asset to Darlington antenatal service.
Very helpful and kind.
Very supportive and answered all questions.
Very friendly and helpful, nothing to be improved.
Had excellent help with breast feeding from all the midwives especially student midwife Wendy Knaggs.
Friendly staff.
Midwives came on time and PAU at Shottey Bridge offering great service and local which is great when you have other children as getting childcare for unknown amounts of time isn't easy. Seen straight away with concerns at Shottey. Staff always spot on.
First 24 hours after C-section was great care and enhanced recovery was really good. Discharged at 10.30. Waited until following morning util baby checks due to lack of staff- waited 24 hours not needing the bed I was in.
Lost drugs card so no pain meds given for 8 hours.
