I felt really well supported by my midwife Collette and felt comfortable enough to call her with any questions or concerns. Generally I felt I received a high level of care, personalized to me. However I did receive a call from the hospital regarding breastfeeding which I didn't feel was personalized. I've been feeding my son for 2.5 hours and currently handling feeding with newborn so felt some of the information wasn't relevant. I opted out of these calls but would have preferred to be given option to receive them in the first place.
