On this occasion i dont think anything could be improved, i was well informed of what is going on and the next steps to be taken. As it is an on going problem it was decided to discuss things when more information is gathered.
The lady i saw at this appointment was very courtious and able to put me at ease while discussing options of future treatment while getting as much information from me so she could get a better picture of whats happening. Would hope that other people could follow her example on dealing with patients and explaining the problems and possible answers.
