Great servise
Person booking the appointments took the time to call me back and offer me a cancellation as he knew that I had had some problems booking an appointment.
This team is amazing! So friendly and provide a great service
Excellent staff
I am deaf and wearing hearing aids. This is on my records and should be flagged up for every appointment as it is a main communication issue. The staff would turn their head away to talk to me and mumble so I couldn't hear and couldn't do what they wanted me to do.
When I told them that I am deaf and wear hearing aids, I was not taken seriously until I explained that I can't hear their instructions. They said that they couldn't see my records to see that I have this communication need.
Everything was perfect! I was treated very well and staff ensured that I was completely fine before leaving the clinic.
The HCA and the nurse were amazing. They both made me feel very comfortable and calm. I was very anxious and nervous about getting coil fitted. The nurse was very informative and explained everything about the coil very carefully without rushing. The nurse was an expert and really good. The HCA was really nice and made me feel fine she was talking to me. I was explained everything well and got all the information.
When l arrived there was polite nurse on the reception who directed me to knock a closed to advise them that l had arrived. I knocked on the door and an abrupt women, sternly said”Sit in the waiting room until you’re called”. I was rather shocked at the rudeness when l had been advised to make my presence known. My name had not been taken at that point.
I waited in the reception area another woman came out and said are you here for an appointment even though at that point l was not asked for my name. The Dr who completed the procedure was very apologetic once l had explained the initial experience of Loxford Polyclinic.
Sonny is really good and caring he is an asset to the team, he cares and shows empathy and compassion to his patients and is always so informative, he helped me when the toilets where broken and when he gave my injections they normally get bruised but with sonny he gets the light and makes sure he looks carefully not to accident hurt me. He is very kind.
