Thank you
thank you
Physio - excellent.
All therapists - excellent.
Nurses v good.
Had problems with individual night staff when I was extremely dependent, they got better as I became less dependent.
First all I was very happy to have been given the chance of attending the Bradley unit as all I heard was how good it was. From my first day I started my rehabilitation and from there it only got better. The second day of physio I did my experience and after I was asked if I would like to walk back to my room. I was amazed but I did it. From that time to physios improved my fitness and walking. It just goes to show how good you are as after only 3 weeks I am going home. I can't see any improvement need.
Carers able to gauge my emotions and support me appropriately.
I am happy with the level of care I receive.
All the staff are very attentive, the only negative comment I can think of is that I was woken at 5 this morning by tables or chairs been dragged in the dining room.
Made sure you were ok.
Always to help.
Kind and considerate to needs.
A bit noisy between 5.30-7.30.
There is always room for improvements
Excellent service. Especially liked being told the result of the scan at the end of the appointment.
