Particular praise for receptionist Ella Besr in the RAPID ACCESS CLINIC at Ashford Hospital.She always welcomes us in a calm and reassuring manor with a welcoming smile. Her warm welcome is echoed by many individuals who work in a variety of roles, consultants and porters alike. Patients are treated like invited friends. The ethos in this hospital is noticeably a happy one.
