Communicate better as I am death and unfortunately I do not have my hearing aids. The staff speaking different accents does not help and it is very difficult to connect. Staff should also be more patient and kind towards to me as I do not hear well what they are saying. Sometimes they expect too much too quickly.

Several things. The environment is cheerful and the staff are very pleasant.

In my opinion the staff, especially new staff or agency staff should know how to treat lymphoedema, how to hold the legs gently and how to wash it as my legs are very sore in general. Most staff are pretty good but not always.
