Staff always helpful, responsive to us as visiting and to my father as the patient. Support for my father to attend his wife's funeral.

A clear plan about rehab goals and aims for discharge. A relatives website to access, so relatives are able to visit regularly, can keep up to date on progress (have experience of this in a care home).

Staff is lovely.

Language barrier. Sometimes I need help being rolled and to have a pillow between my legs gradually but it doesn’t happen.

My room is good.

Staff could speak more slowly. I still haven’t received my TV remote. The communication should improve. I have never seen the Senior Staff nor Matron. I have not been asked: ‘How are you? In my old hospital Matron was coming once daily saying‘Hello’.
