I was made to wait for TWO hours for the MRI because the nurse who "booked" me in did not follow the protocol and my visit was not in the booking system. There was another patient who had the same issue like me who was "double booked" but not in the system

Dr Ruth Whitby was attentive, thoughtful, and clear in her advice and recommendations and continued to provide an excellent and reassuring service.
The receptionist was particularly helpful and friendly both on Ground and 4th floor.
