Your administration service is disastrous. On both occasions I was at the clinic they were unable to make a consultants appointment for me ! Your staff at the ground floor desk informed me that no appropriate consultant was available for many days! However later on one of your staff on the 2 nd floor arranged a consultants appointment for me on the following day !
Following the appointment the next day I telephoned cardiology at the clinic for the earliest tests. I was told that they were not available for another her week but following an intervention by the secretary they were later offered to me 2 days earlier! THIS IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH !
