It is always pleasant to visit Portland Place. I had a most useful session with Dr Jak Ullah who answered all my questions in plain understandable English and made me feel entirely comfortable. As usual all the staff that I met were courteous, friendly and welcoming and the premises were spotless. Keep it up, you provide a model which I wish was replicated everywhere. The cost was provided by my Insurance Company not Cleveland - The care was excellent - the treatment was good, but I did have to follow up with call to clarify the Medical reports having discussed this with my DR. I would like to say the response of the DR/ and his Secretary were both understanding and supportive and very good.
