In all of my experiences of visiting the Cleveland Clinic at Portland Place, I have felt very welcomed by the door staff, have always found the check in process very quick and have always been told or shown where to go. On this particular visit a very friendly nurse asked to take my blood pressure on arrival and she was very approachable, happy and efficient. It was also a nice touch to be offered tea, coffee or water.

The facility is fantastic and just the sort of place you want to be treated when you experiencing health issues

The facilities in the waiting room, the receptionists and welcoming staff all make me feel like I am being cared for. What can sometimes be a distressing appointment health-wise is made all the more comfortable and convenient by your excellent staff and facilities.
