Appointment was well organised from the start.
Professor Knowles was very knowledgeable and he had an approachable manner, he listened and genuinely cared and wanted to help and he put our daughter who is just 18years old at ease.
We came away feeling confident that there is now a plan in place and we are feeling more hopeful after struggling with her care in the NHS for over 2 and a half years and in hindsight we wished we had come a lot earlier! Thank you Prof Knowles.
Please note we did not have any communication with nurses.
