I have had MRIs previously elsewhere and have to say the MRI experience here left a lot to be desired, whilst staff were pleasant enough it all felt very rushed and much like being on a conveyor belt.
Also the safety protocols followed left a lot be desired, no protective padding was used to prevent my arms from touching the bore housing which could have resulted in burns had I not known about the risk and made a conscious effort to avoid them doing so.

I was really impressed by the kindness and professionalism of all staff.
The clinic was super clean and tidy.
Dr Everitt really took the time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough consultation.
He explained next steps and was very responsive keeping me updated on tests results.
My Chart is a great way of getting real time results and easily communicate to the doctors.
