As I was unwell at the time, I really appreciated the option to switch to a virtual appointment at short notice. Asma at Appointments who arranged the switch was very friendly and helpful. Mr Losseff came highly recommended and I was very impressed with him. He listened very carefully to my concerns, gave me his opinion and suggested a way forward.
