I was made to feel welcome and reassured at all times. I was encouraged to ask questions as appropriate. Friendly staff in a clean, comfortable and extremely professional environment. Even for surgery I knew immediately I was in the best hands.

All staff from start to finish were exceptional. Mr Rajaratnam and the anaesthetist, Barry, were absolutely exemplary
