I accidentally went to The Hyde park site instead of Oxford street The kind gentleman on reception didn’t judge me, he quickly arranged a shuttle to take me to the correct location. This is above and beyond! Prof Cohen as always left me feeling safe and secure in the knowledge he would fully investigate my symptoms and reach a conclusion. His level of care is exceptional. I have been under his care for 5 years.
