Apart from an overcrowded waiting room everything else ran very smoothly and everybody was helpful

More chairs in the 2nd floor waiting room and a coffee machine would have been welcomed

Mr Nathan whom I have been a patient of for many years and also the nurse on the 4th floor who gave me my blood test were both excellent
