Everything was run efficiently and all the medical team were very caring

Being disabled, it would’ve been nice if the side door was open earlier. Our appointment was at 7:15 but but it was not possible to stop the car at the front door. I gather the side door isn’t open until 8o/c. We would’ve found it useful to have a Small diagram, showing us where the main entrance & side entrance was. Using the postcode for the satnav, we were directed to approach from the wrong direction and had to go round the block to get back to the other side of the road. Had it been during normal working hours, we would’ve been late because of the traffic. It would be useful if this diagram outlined disabled parking spaces and pay and display. Also, the check-in was a three-step process which possibly could be cut down to a two-step process.
