Considering I was finally diagnosed with MS my consultant explained things very clearly and even gave me notes to take home and a list of things I need to do beforehand! All the staff at Portland Place are welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease when I walked through the door!! I can’t not thank them enough!
Suggested improvements
Nope everything was perfect!
My consulatant Dr Wallace Brownlee is amazing and I can see why he’s the best of the best!
Frankie the nurse who took my ECG made me feel relaxed and I felt like I’d known her for ages! The two ladies who took my bloods on 2 separate occasions, apologies for not remembering your name but you both made me feel relaxed and didn’t leave me bruised!!
All the staff at Portland Place are amazing and thank you for making my visits relaxed my anxiety and stress melted away as soon as I walked through the doors!
