The clinic experience was fine But - and this is a HUGE but - you then just posted very difficult and challenging test results onto the MyClinic portal. No warning, no doctor to speak to, no help on interpretation. This should NEVER happen - that patients receive test results “in the ether” with no access to their doctor to interpret them. Because of this I would NEVER recommend someone to come here. I was very upset, made extremely anxious. I think it was terrible.

You must never just “stick the results on the portal” for patients to find.

For all the wrong reasons - exceptionally bad by the people who decided to post blood test results in isolation.
