The nursing and medical care was excellent, and the ancillary services such as dietetics and physio were very good

The food! I was on a restricted diet so there wasn’t much choice, but what there was was very variable in quality - I did complain. It rarely arrived hot and obviously was not tasted beforehand - it varied between being inedibly salty and with no seasoning at all.
