Efficient and helpful staff

I was left waiting nearly an hour because the consultant Dr Maniyar didn’t call me for my appointment but called a patient after me which took a ridiculous amount of time. The reception staff were very apologetic but I then felt rushed and exhausted so didn’t get the appropriate care and attention I should have done
