The staff (on the door as well as the nurses) are noticeably thoughtful and polite. The consultant we saw could not have been more sensible, helpful and thorough. He even introduced us to a therapist who we’re seeing next week, calling her himself to get the ball rolling. The appointment was a model of good care.

The only minor quibble would be the explanation of cost: there isn’t any. At all. And there was a definite chill when I said we’d be self funding and paying once invoiced (ie after we’d left the premises).

The consultants we’ve seen have been outstanding: Alexandra Wu and Philip Batty.
