I was completely impressed with Dr Luna taking the time to teach me how to do a breast examination on my own, why and how certain checks are done etc. I appreciated enormously that every doctor took the time needed without feeling rushed.

I think the online portal system could be improved. I got an onslaught of 12 emails the day before my apt. I opened one which asked questions which had already been answered weeks before, but there was not way to continue the questionnaire without ticking a box which wasn't relevant for me. It's nice to have the results all in one place, but I prefer to have emails of the dr. also in order to contact them directly.
